more range.
Evaluate common scientific expressions with trigonometry, logarithms, powers, roots, and factorials. The parser runs locally in this browser tab and never uses JavaScript eval.
Scientific calculator
Ready · Degrees mode
Functions use the selected angle mode. `log` means base 10, `ln` means the natural logarithm, `%` divides a value by 100, and `!` accepts non-negative integers up to 170.
Which functions are supported?
Use sin, cos, tan, their inverse functions, sqrt, abs, log, ln, powers with ^, percent with %, factorial with !, the constants π and e, and parentheses for grouping.
Is this calculator safe for private expressions?
The expression is parsed by the page's own arithmetic code. It is not passed to eval, uploaded, or sent to an external API.
How does the angle setting work?
Degrees mode interprets sin(30) as the sine of 30 degrees. Radians mode interprets the same input as 30 radians; use π for familiar values such as sin(π/6).
