QUICK ANSWERS
Which favicon sizes should I use?
A 32px icon covers common browser tabs, while 180px is useful for Apple touch icons and 192px or 512px are common app-manifest sizes. Keep your HTML links aligned with the files you choose.
Does this create an ICO file?
This version creates transparent PNG files, which work well for modern favicon links and app icons. You can use the 32px PNG in a link rel="icon" tag.
