In the US, Tracker Season 4 airs on CBS, with a regular Sunday slot at 9 p.m. ET/PT. Paramount+ Premium includes the live local CBS feed; both Premium and Essential offer new episodes on demand the following day.

When does Season 4 air?
The official CBS fall schedule lists the season premiere on October 4, 2026, at 9:30 p.m. ET, followed by the regular Sunday 9–10 p.m. ET/PT slot beginning October 11. A premiere time and a regular slot can differ.
Use the current CBS schedule for a particular Sunday and station. The regular slot is a planning reference; it does not replace the local listing.
